
APS will be back to in-person learning on Thursday, February 20, 2025. If your child rides a bus, please have them watching from inside the next couple of days to avoid being out in the cold for too long.

Regional basketball games have been pushed back one day. They will now be Friday(2/21), Saturday(2/22)and Monday(2/24). All times and locations remain the same.

Seniors, Mrs. Byrne sent an email if your ICap is still not complete. Virtual day would be a good day to get that done. Please check your email and get that done. It is a graduation requirement.

Sophomores who applied to attend career tech for the 2025-2026 year will have interviews on Friday, February 21st.

Attention Seniors: the Alex High School Local Scholarship was sent to your email. This needs to be completed by you, the student. Please follow the instructions and get it completed by the due date. If you have questions do not hesitate to reach out to Mrs. Byrne.

Wednesday, February 19, 2025, will be a virtual day for Alex Public Schools due to the hazardous road conditions in our area. Stay safe and warm!


Due to the forecast of inclement weather, Alex Public Schools will have a virtual learning day on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. The high school will be open this evening from 6:30-7:00 if students need to pick up their Chromebooks or other materials. Thank you. Stay safe and warm.


TSA Parents and Community Members:
Alex TSA is hosting the Western Region TSA Conference. We are in need of judges. If you would be willing to volunteer, we would appreciate your help! The conference is February 28th and most events will be finished by noon. Thank you for continuing to support Alex TSA!

Staff Spotlight!


3rd grade completed their Pop Bottle People, they will be having a “pop bottle museum” in March to showcase all they have learned about Oklahoma History. Stop by the trophy case in the elementary and check out their hard work!
