
Several of the "local" Scholarships are due on Thursday, April 4th or on Friday, April 5th. The 2024 Local Scholarship, the Tanner Brand, and The Boatwright scholarships are due April 4th. The Smart Money Scholarship (First National Bank) is due April 5th. The 2024 Local Scholarship recipients are chosen by a committee of people so it's several applications in one. HS baseball will play at 10 o'clock tomorrow at the Dibble Tournament now, not 12:30.

Reminder: Friday, March 29th, is a Virtual Day, students will work from home. Monday, April 1st is a School Holiday. Everyone have a great weekend and a terrific Easter Holiday.

PK Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year will be held on April 10, 2024, in the Elementary STEM Room from 4-6 p.m. Please enter through the front doors of the elementary building and follow the signs in the hall to the STEM Room.
All students who live in Alex School District and are 4 years old on or before September 1, 2024, are eligible.
Please bring the following documents to enroll your child: proof of residency, official birth certificate, shot record, CDIB card if Native American, and social security card. Proof of residency must be a utility bill with your address and the parent/guardian's name. Acceptable utility bills include an electric, water, or gas bill.

APS Prom is Saturday, April 6th at The Barn in Alex. Promenade will start at 7 pm with dancing to follow. A sign-up sheet is in the office for Juniors and Seniors as well as permission slips for non-Alex students. Guests who are not Alex Juniors or Seniors cost $25.

The deadline to sign up for after-prom is tomorrow. If you are a Jr. or Sr. and you want to attend after-prom, please sign up in the front office ASAP.

The local Scholarship deadlines are next week (week of April 1st). Seniors, be sure to go to the scholarship page to get those done.
