Parent University will be on August 12, 2024.
Elementary parents/guardians: Please attend your student's parent/teacher meeting at the designated time. PK - 5:30-5:50, KG - 5:55-6:15, 1st - 6:20-6:35, 2nd - 6:40-7:00, 3rd - 7:05-7:25, 4th & 5th - 7:30-7:55. School employees will be available in the elementary gymnasium for students to play during their parent/teacher meeting time! Elementary students will meet their teachers anytime during the night besides the parent/teacher meeting time!
MS/HS Students Meet-the-Teacher will be from 7-8:30. 6th-grade orientation is at 7:00 in Room 203. Freshman orientation is at 7:30 in Room 304.
Schedules have been sent to 6th-12th graders who had all of their forms (wengage, additional forms, and class selection) submitted yesterday, July 30th before 5:00pm. At this time, we are processing all of the new submissions and checking for all 3 forms. We will start sending out schedules as soon as we can go through enrollments, which might be next week due to in-person help tomorrow. Thank you all for your promptness and patience during online enrollment.

Schedules have been emailed to the parent/guardian of 9th-2th grade students who have all forms completed. If you didn't receive a schedule, we do not have all documents.
When all enrollment documents are complete, 6th-12th graders need to make sure they have the class selection form filled out (links in previous posts), so Mrs. Byrne will be able to build their schedule. When all forms are completed schedules will start getting emailed to the parent/guardian. We appreciate your patience during this process. Look for schedules by the end of the week (only if all things are done).
To ensure you have correctly enrolled your students, please make sure you have filled out BOTH enrollment forms. The first is at ok.wengage.com/alex and the second is https://forms.gle/L5h8mfawCKCZCKSE6 enrollment is not complete until both forms are filled out. Enrollment is now open online. There are two parts to complete. Instructions and links to the enrollment forms can be found at https://www.alex.k12.ok.us/documents/enrollment-forms/355641. If you need your password reset or have questions, please direct those to [email protected]. We will have in-person enrollment assistance on August 1st from 8:30-12:30 and from 4:00-7:00. There will be no workouts Tuesday (23rd) or Wednesday (24th). We will resume normal schedule Thursday, July 25th.
The Alex Longhorn Football team has seats available for purchase this season. This includes free entry to all Junior High and High School football games, a pass to use at the entry gate, and your name posted on the seats.

Summer is moving pretty fast! Online enrollment will open on July 24th. We will post to social media, our webpage, and our app a reminder that it is open, along with additional information on obtaining a login. If you need assistance with enrollment or internet access, help will be available in the high school commons on August 1st in the morning from 8-12:30 and also that evening from 4:00-7:00. As soon as 6th-12th graders have completed their enrollment, we will send their schedules via email to the parent email address provided at enrollment.

Reminder there will be a Mandatory softball parent meeting on Monday, July 15th in the cafeteria. JH meeting will start at 6 and the HS meeting will start at 6:30. Also, all softball players must have a physical in order to practice.
Drumline members will need physicals. Anyone who is available, can do them during sports physicals 5:30-7:30 in the gym tonight. $20. We are sorry for the late notice, but this was a new requirement from last year we are still getting used to. Thank you.
