Classroom rules and Grading Proceedures

Hello!

My name is Renee Minton and I will be teaching you student Mathematics this year.  I am really looking forward to a great school year with all of my students! If you ever need to talk to me about ANYTHING involving your student please call the school and leave a message for me (my planning time is from 1:50-2:35)  or email me at rminton@alex.k12.ok.us.

Attached to this page is a copy of the norms and procedures for my class.  Please read these and if you have a question, contact me. The supply list is very simple for my class.  Your student will need white lined paper, a pencil, a scientific calculator(TI-30XS and TI-30XIIS are the best by far), and their chromebook every day.  Their textbook will be accessed via Google Classroom so it is extremely important that chromebooks comes to the classroom everyday CHARGED and ready to go. If you would like access to Google Classroom, please contact me and I will get you added.

Please read these documents and discuss them with your student and then both of you sign the back page.  Please detach the back page with your signatures and return it with your student to me. This important because it is the first grade for your student for this school year.

Thanks for your time and attention! I am looking forward to seeing you and teaching your student!

Renee Minton
